Personal Bio:
Phil was born and raised in the western suburbs of Chicago. He attended Washington University in St. Louis studying Economics, Business and Finance receiving a BA and a MA in Economics. While attending law school at Drake University, Phil was a member of the Sports and Entertainment Law Society and the Drake Ag Law Journal. He has two children and is getting more free time as his coaching and organization leading duties have passed as they have gotten older. Having grown up watching the day-in day-out operations of a family owned business, Phil had his path set out in front of him seeing the differences between businesses that succeeded and hearing where others failed. Phil also experienced the ups and downs in businesses when working as an agent for athletes and entertainers, working with a couple start-up record label and other start-up companies allowing him to bring this background and experience to his clients. Business Bio: Upon graduating from law school, Attorney Boggess began helping individuals and small business owners create, protect, build and pass on wealth and continues to have that focus today. Whether he is working with young individuals starting off building a life, successful business owners growing and transitioning in their businesses, wealthy people looking to preserve and pass on their wealth or the elderly not wanting to leave a spouse home without any money, he takes an approach to remove as much of the stress from the situation and provide his clients with a plan on how to address concerns and pursue goals. Due to his experiences and knowledge in various industries, Phil is able to approach situations from a variety of angles to provide strategies and plans for his clients. |
